Return Policy

1. Returns within 14 Days

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped to the address indicated on the return label that we will send you once your return request has been accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalised products (e.g., special orders), as well as care or hygiene products.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
