Shipping Policy

We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping policies.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for Italy and Europe are calculated as follows:

  • National Standard Shipping: from €5.90 / €10 depending on the destination.

  • Free National Shipping: free for all orders over €85.00 with delivery in Italy.

  • Small Islands Surcharge: a supplement may apply for deliveries to smaller Italian islands.

  • International Standard Shipping: from €12.90 / €15.90 depending on the destination.

  • Free International Shipping: free for all orders over €150.00 within Europe.

For shipments to other countries, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed clearly during checkout, before completing your order.

All shipping prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to modify shipping rates based on promotions or courier cost changes. Any such changes will be clearly communicated on our website.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for Italy (from the shipping date):

  • Standard Shipping: 2 – 10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2 – 5 business days

For shipments to other countries, delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping service. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1 – 3 business days and shipped within 2 – 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, severe weather, or peak seasons (e.g. holidays).


Couriers Used

For domestic shipments within Italy, we mainly work with Poste Italiane, GLS, BRT, SDA, and InPost.
For international deliveries, we may use different couriers depending on the destination to ensure the best possible service.


Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

Tracking details are also available in your account area under “Order History” or “Order Details.”

If you encounter issues with tracking or do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@zekyshop.com or at the phone number provided in your order confirmation email.


Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Italy and the following European Union countries: France, Germany, Spain.
Please verify during checkout if your destination country is included in our shipping zones. Additional charges or limitations may apply for some remote areas.


Handling Shipping Issues

We make every effort to ensure that your orders arrive in perfect condition.
However, if you experience issues such as significant delays, lost packages, or damaged goods, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date or upon noticing the issue.

We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly, in collaboration with the courier, by filing a claim or assisting you in finding an appropriate solution.


Packaging

We take special care in packaging your products to protect them during transport.
We use durable materials suitable for the type of product being shipped.
